Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the kodeduo.com website or enrolling in any KodeDuo bootcamp, training program, or course (the "Service") operated by KodeDuo, a division of Cloudtryx Software ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By enrolling in our bootcamps, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. KodeDuo reserves the right to refuse service or cancel enrollment at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, disruption to the learning environment, or violation of these Terms.
The Service and its original content, features, curriculum, code templates, slide decks, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KodeDuo and its licensors. The course materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use and educational purposes only.
We strive to deliver the highest quality education. However, if you find that our course is not the right fit for you, we offer a transparent refund policy:
Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and productive learning environment. We require all students to interact respectfully with instructors and peers. Harassment, hate speech, disruptive behavior in live sessions or chats, or failure to follow the instructor's guidelines may result in immediate dismissal from the program without a refund.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services (such as GitHub, VS Code, external APIs, and cloud providers) that are not owned or controlled by KodeDuo. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
In no event shall KodeDuo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
